Why I Started College Playmates

I have been in the industry for almost 19 years to not only provide a service for Tallahassee, FL but to support many women during different periods of their lives. I am in this to help many gentlemen who have unexpectedly lost their spouse, who are going through a divorce, or who are just looking to have a good time all while supporting my employees in any way I can. I guarantee that my dancers always have a comfortable and safe working environment and that they can get ahold of me anytime, anywhere. My dedication to my business is consistent whether I am working, at home or on vacation.

Some of my girls are in college, others I encourage to learn a trade and I am proud of each and every one of them. Anything that I can do to instill confidence and self-esteem in them will only help them in the long run. I understand that not many can make a lifetime career in this industry and I pride myself on providing them with the skills they need to succeed doing anything, even after they part ways with me.

There’s no question that the adult entertainment industry can attract some sleezy types and outright predators. I’m here because I’m not like that. I run a business that’s legal and aboveboard so young women who want to do this work can find clients who want to use these services without putting their safety at risk.

But at the same time, I’m not blind to the industry’s problems – including human trafficking. According to the 2016 Global Report on Trafficking in Persons put together by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, sexual exploitation is the reason why over half of human trafficking victims were trafficked in the first place. This horrifies me, and I’m doing everything I can to make my corner of the industry as inhospitable to human traffickers as possible.

1. I only hire women who are independent and of legal age. This is hugely important tome. I don’t hire underage girls, and I don’t work with or associate with anyone who would.

2. The women who work with me are here because they want to be. They come to me; I don’t go and find them. And I ask them if they’re sure they want to do this before I hire them. If they aren’t sure, I don’t hire them.

3. I don’t want my dancers to look at this as a lifelong career. Most of them are in college, studying hard so they can go out and do something amazing. Working for me is just a way to help them support themselves while they’re in school.

4. I put my dancers’ safety first. When they go out to parties or one-on-ones, I never want them to be in a position where they don’t feel safe and comfortable with what they’re doing.

5. I never pressure my dancers to stay longer than they’re comfortable. They can quit at any time with no hard feelings from me. In fact, I’m often proud when my dancers move on, and I can’t wait to see what they’re going to do next!

The way I see it, you need to be the change you want to see in the world. When you run an adult entertainment business the right way, you make it that much harder for the bad actors to operate. Women who genuinely want to do this have a safe place to work, and customers who want to enjoy these services with a clear conscience can trust that they’re giving their money to a legitimate business.
